01 Eligibility to Use p899

02 Account Registration & Security
When you create an account with p899 you take on full responsibility for all activity carried out through that account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made, and every withdrawal requested.
- Password security: You must keep your login credentials secure at all times. Do not share your username or password with anyone. p899 will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact the p899 support team immediately. p899 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
- Account accuracy: Your registered name must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may delay processing or result in account review.
- Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets and withdrawals will be settled according to the standard process before closure is finalised.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. p899 will notify you via registered contact details before any action is taken on a dormant account.
03 Deposits & PKR Payments
All transactions on the p899 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets where available.
- Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the point of transaction. This amount may vary by payment method.
- Own funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or borrowed funds are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
- Processing time: Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited within minutes. Bank transfers and some other methods may take longer depending on your bank and network conditions. p899 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
- Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your mobile wallet or bank account but does not appear in your p899 balance, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate duplicate transactions.
- No credit: p899 does not offer credit. You may only play with funds that are already in your account balance.

04 Withdrawals & Payout Rules

05 Sports Betting Rules
The sports betting section at p899 covers cricket — including PSL and international T20 — football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply across all markets.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by p899. A bet is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation notice on-screen. p899 reserves the right to decline or void bets at its discretion, particularly where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
- Odds errors: If odds are published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault or human error, p899 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the event has already been settled.
- In-play betting: Bets placed on live markets are accepted subject to availability. Market suspension during live events is normal and is driven by match circumstances. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured provided they were confirmed before the suspension was triggered.
- Match abandonment: Specific rules for abandoned, postponed or suspended events apply per sport and competition. In general, if a cricket match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are bowled, most markets are voided and stakes are returned.
- Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings above the stated limit will be paid to the limit amount.
- Suspicious activity: Any account found to be using automated bet placement software, exploiting latency in odds feeds, or engaging in any form of bet manipulation will be suspended without notice.
PSL & T20 in-play markets: Ball-by-ball in-play markets on PSL and T20 international matches are settled based on official match data. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen data and official scorecards, the official scorecard result takes precedence.
06 Casino & Slots
The casino section includes live dealer games, slots, table games and other interactive game formats. The following rules apply to all casino and slot activity on the platform.

- Consequential losses: p899 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
12 Changes to These Terms
p899 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or via their registered contact details before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the updated terms have been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Your account closure request will be processed and any available balance will be returned following the standard withdrawal process.
